Hall & Wilcox Lawyers Office Fitout
Project Overview
Hall & Wilcox Lawyers’ new office fit out, expertly completed by Shape Building, required a comprehensive signage and graphic installation to enhance privacy, wayfinding, and brand presence. HIVIS delivered a tailored solution encompassing privacy films, laser-cut acrylic elements, and statutory signage to meet both functional and aesthetic objectives.
Privacy Film Application
To ensure confidentiality within internal office spaces, privacy film was strategically applied. In select areas, a double application—both inside and outside—was utilized, allowing for a distinct difference in visual finish from various vantage points. This approach provided an enhanced aesthetic while maintaining the necessary level of discretion.
Meeting Room Numbering
HIVIS fabricated and installed individual meeting room numbers using laser-cut black acrylic. To preserve a seamless appearance, adhesive film was affixed to the rear of the glass, discreetly concealing fixings and reinforcing a clean, professional finish.
Reception Branding Enhancement
The reception area prominently features a laser-cut acrylic logo, wrapped in printed, colour-matched film. The face and edges were laminated with a matte overlaminate, effectively minimizing glare and reflection, ensuring the branding remains clear and refined under varied lighting conditions.
Statutory Signage Compliance
HIVIS also supplied essential statutory signage, including braille and tactile elements for hearing loop notices, locker number labelling, and surveillance camera indications. These additions uphold accessibility standards, ensuring inclusivity and regulatory adherence.
Outcome & Impact
The meticulous execution of signage and graphic installations has contributed to a sleek, polished environment aligned with Hall & Wilcox Lawyers’ brand identity. The functional enhancements ensure privacy, streamlined navigation, and compliance with accessibility standards, ultimately reinforcing a sophisticated yet practical workplace.
