Stackable bollards & heavy-weight bases

Stackable bollards are a versatile solution for traffic management and hazard identification across open cut mining sites. They can be used to establish temporary boundaries, separate pedestrian and vehicle areas, identify restricted zones and create visible barriers around potentially hazardous areas.

Our range of stackable bollards is available in high-visibility yellow, white, red and blue, with a 6kg base providing stability in demanding site conditions. Additional bollard bases are also available where extra weight and stability are required.

Bollards can be used to:

• Manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Create clearly defined routes and boundaries around active work areas, access roads, pedestrian walkways and intersections.

• Identify hazards and restricted areas. Provide a highly visible barrier around excavations, open pits, machinery, stockpiles and other areas where access needs to be controlled.

• Protect critical infrastructure. Establish a physical barrier around electrical equipment, control panels, fuel tanks, pumps and other sensitive site infrastructure.

• Create temporary work zones. Quickly establish visible boundaries around maintenance, construction and other temporary activities where site conditions can change regularly.

Solar warning beacons & accessories

Visibility is particularly important in open cut mining environments where large vehicles and mobile plant operate around the clock. Solar warning beacons provide a highly visible flashing warning signal without requiring mains power, making them suitable for a range of mining, traffic management and hazard identification applications.

Our solar warning beacons are available in five flashing colours and feature a Class 400 reflective band for increased visibility in low-light conditions. The beacons can be attached to traffic cones and triangles, with an optional mounting bracket available for additional mounting applications. They are also fully sealed against water and dust for reliable performance in demanding environments.

We also offer high-visibility warning beacons, which flash up to 60 times per minute to provide an effective visual warning around hazards, work areas and access points.

When your beacons are not in use, keep them protected and organised with our beacon storage case. The cases are sealed against dust and water, lockable and fitted with an internal foam membrane to help protect beacons from excessive shock and damage.

Mining cones & traffic management

Traffic management is a critical consideration on open cut mining sites, where haul trucks, light vehicles, mobile plant and pedestrians may operate in close proximity. High-visibility mining cones can be used to establish traffic boundaries, identify hazards and provide clear visual guidance around active work areas.

Our mining cones are manufactured for demanding mining environments and are designed to provide excellent visibility in both daylight and low-light conditions. Available in green and yellow with a reflective red sleeve, they are suitable for a range of traffic management and hazard identification applications.

Reflectaline

Reflectaline provides a simple and highly visible way to cordon off hazardous or restricted areas across open cut mining sites. The bright red and yellow colours provide a clear visual warning to workers, contractors, visitors and pedestrians, helping identify areas where access is restricted.

Reflectaline can be used around excavations, maintenance areas, temporary work zones and other hazards where a flexible visual barrier is required. Available in lengths up to 1000m, it provides an efficient solution for establishing temporary exclusion zones across large mining sites.
