Pelican Boat Ramp Outdoor LED Screens
We worked closely with Lake Macquarie City Council on the upgrade of the Pelican Boat Ramp. As part of the upgrade, LMCC wanted to gather statistical data on the number and type of boats being launched into the Lake on this particular ramp.
Hi-Vis installed latest camera technology with a software system giving actual visibility of the vehicles in use. The full colour screen also displays current weather, water temperature and tidal information plus any additional safety messages LMCC felt are necessary. The screen itself is easily updated by LMCC staff from their Speers Point office via a Content Management Systems deployed all by Hi-Vis.
The works consisted of the following:
- Sign Design
- Equipment Integration
- Supply and installation of camera & sensor technology
- Deployment of Content Management System
- Full Project Management
- Manufacture, Installation & Commissioning
