NSW Police Rescue were looking for a complete vehicle identification system to keep their fleets safer when travelling on roads and in rescue situations. As a 3M Master Converter, Hi-Vis supplied printed and PerfectSeal™ 3M Diamond Grade Material to the newly refurbished fleet of rescue units in Newcastle, Sydney & the Illawarra.
The work was performed in 2 stages, templates produced and profile cuts organised so NO cutting was performed on the vehicles, each piece was applied to the specific area that required the graphic. Rivets, hinges, roller door slats and lights all had to be allowed for before the film was cut, to provide all areas of the reflective film with a PerfectSeal™ every time. Once completed the graphic application was completed on-site in about 8 hours. All files have been retained for any later replacement as maybe required.
